Contact the IDFM

Via Phone or Email

  • If duplicate funding has been received for the same or similar purpose within 5 business days.
  • When funding is no longer required, e.g. child did not start at the service or has left the service.
  • If the Project is delayed or extra time is needed to complete the Project.

Via email:

  • If the service has a Change of Service Ownership or CCS Approval ID. The existing operator and the new operator are both required to notify the IDFM within 30 days of the change via email.

Contact your Inclusion Professional

  • If you require any advice about the implementation of your Project at any time during the approval period.
  • If the Project is delayed or extra time is needed to complete the Project. A new end date for the Project must be agreed upon, in writing, by the services Inclusion Professional (IP). They will notify the IDFM of the change to the end date of the Project.
  • If the service hasn't used the full amount of funding approved for the Project, they must discuss their options with their Inclusion Professional before using any remaining funds. The services IP must agree, in writing, that the unspent funds can be used by the service for other inclusion related activities to overcome the same or similar inclusion Barriers outlined in the initial application.


Complete an online Acquittal

The online acquittal, which includes a series of declarations, is accessed via the Acquittal Tile of the relevant IS Case on the IS Portal. This is required to be completed after a Project has finished.

  • When providing details about the outcomes of the Project, any additional activities undertaken or changes made to the Project, as agreed by the services IP, must also be outlined in the information provided.
